Dialpad is a cloud communications service that uses AI to provide phone, text, video and contact center solutions for businesses. It has more than 7,000 customers, including innovative brands such as WeWork, Uber, Motorola Solutions, Netflix and TED.


  • Led the design efforts for integrations with Google G Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Zendesk, and ServiceTitan, as well as administration features for company, office, and call centers. Provided strategic direction and oversaw the user experience design for these key areas.
  • Played a significant role in the design of Dialpad’s core products, including Dialpad Talk, Sell, and Support. Also contributed to the design of VoiceAI pre-, in-, and post-call artificial intelligence features and analytics, enhancing the overall user experience and product functionality.
  • Acted as a contributing designer for the Uberconference conference calling product, collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Worked closely with the team to establish Dialpad’s internal Figma library, design system (dialpad.design implemented in Vue.js), and processes for effective communication between designers and developers. Ensured consistency, scalability, and efficiency in the design and development workflow.
  • Engaged with stakeholders such as executives, product management, and engineering to provide leadership and direction for the user experience design. Collaborated to align design decisions with overall business objectives and user needs.
